Hi I’m Megan! 

I’m a realtor with the Yerxa team & co-owner of Mayflower Co., a boutique construction company I run with my husband, Kyle. We've been building and renovating homes since 2011, specializing in everything from new builds to concrete work and renovations. 

 We love finding older homes with great potential in good neighborhoods and turning them into investments. This hands-on experience inspired me to get my real estate license so I can help others become homeowners and build their futures. 

 When I’m not working, we’re spending time with our two daughters, Penelope (8) and Rosie (4), or planning our next project at Home Depot. I’m also a big fan of staying active and love hitting the gym to keep up with the busy life we lead!
